101 To Do's: 75 - Verify with your reception venue to make sure your vendors will have access to the site when they need it!

This is just a precaution.  Some vendors, like decorators, will need access to the venue in advance to set up etc. They may even need access the night before. So, you want to confirm that there will be someone from the venue, available to open up, when needed.
