When will I receive my order?
Once in stock, items usually ship the same day or the next business day (if ordered after 5 p.m. EST.) Handmade, custom, or personalized products will take longer to ship out and you can find the estimated time within the product description. Your order should arrive within the time frame of your chosen delivery method. You should also receive a tracking link in the shipping confirmation email so check this out for any delivery updates.
What is the return policy?
We want you to love your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item because it arrived damaged or you received the wrong product we can help. Please notify us at [email protected] within 2 business days of receiving your order. Include a photo of the damaged item with the order number. After approval, we will provide a refund of the cost or we can ship out a replacement. Please indicate which method you would prefer.

What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?
For international orders, additional charges such as customs duties and taxes are separate from this transaction, not calculated during checkout, and not collected by Registry Bridges. We are not in a position to assist with or give advice on these additional charges. Please consult your local customs office/broker for more details.
