 Some hotels have a deadline by which guests have to reserve their room under your discount. Check on your hotel room blocks if you've set this up. If most of your special guests haven't booked their rooms yet, you may have to send out a reminder to them.
To make your guests' stay and your wedding even more memorable, consider providing welcome bags in their rooms. You can arrange in advance for the hotel to place the bags in each of those rooms.
