If your caterer still needs a final head count, send it over, and confirm the menu items and any set up instructions they need to be aware of.
Although you do not have to consider including wedding vendors (ex. Photographer, DJ etc.) who will be at the reception, it would be a kind gesture to add them in the head count; for a meal.
