101 To Do's: 73 - Relay the final head count to the caterer & confirm the food set up and menu!

The final guest list for your wedding is usually finalized by now. If your caterer still needs a final head count, send it over, and confirm the menu items and any set up instructions they need to be aware of.

Although you do not have to consider including wedding vendors (ex. Photographer, DJ etc.) who will be at the reception, it would be a kind gesture to add them in the head count; for a meal.
