101 To Do's: 37 - Check and update your gift registry, if items were discontinued or are out of stock!

It's a great idea to check your wedding gift registry at least one other time after you first created it.  Here's why:

1. Items may become discontinued after you've already added them to your registry.  This means that it's no longer available for sale.

2. You may change your mind about products you've added and decide you do not want them or no longer need them.

3. Items may be seasonal.  For example, if you created your registry during the winter, some items winter related may no longer be available for sale in July or may be out of stock.

4. You may need to add more items to your registry. For example, maybe you have a large guest list and some guests may have bought multiple items off of the list. Also, if you had a wedding shower, guests typically purchase a gift(s) for the shower and another for the Wedding. Adding more will ensure that your guests have enough options to chose from.
