The reception site manager can be anyone from your wedding site who will be there to help with any questions or set up. Introduce them to your consultant or day of contact, possibly at the rehearsal, or exchange contact between the two, in case any issues arise on the wedding day.

For example, if your groom rented his suit but is leaving for the honeymoon right after the wedding, he can arrange for someone to return the suit for him. Confirm that any other item you rented will be returned by someone, if you're out of the country.
